THE CHICAGO HOTEL COLLECTION MAGNIFICENT MILE, Chicago – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel's rooms are huge and modern but were not ready upon check-in, marred by a bad design mistake. The location is superb, centrally situated on the Magnificent Mile, just a short walk to key attractions. However, the dining could be more varied considering the price paid. Overall, great value for money with lovely spacious rooms.

The hotel's location is perfect, just off Magnificent Mile but only half a block away, offering easy walking distance to all main attractions downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though my spouse found a worn spot on his side of the mattress which affected his comfort. The service was excellent, especially with housekeeping and valet parking. The dining experience fell a bit short of expectations, with some disappointments in the freshness of dishes. Overall, a great location with clean and comfortable rooms but with some room for improvement in dining.

Our stay at the hotel was quite challenging when it came to the rooms, but the spacious and well-maintained accommodations turned out to be a pleasant surprise, especially for a city hotel.
